Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following policies and procedures for returns or exchanges.

When returning, please log into your account and request a return.

• Our return policy entitles you to fully recover the value of your purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that they are returned in their original condition inside the carton, provided that the purchases have not been installed or assembled. Please note that after opening the carton or installing the piece, you cannot recover any of your purchases.
• You can also exchange your purchases against a voucher for the value of the returned goods that can be used within a year if they are in their original condition inside the carton and the purchases have not been installed or assembled.
• Special orders cannot be exchanged or returned, products specially prepared for you, products offered or that have been installed and the last piece or items on which are offered.
• Cash purchases will be refunded via the link, while credit card purchases will be refunded via the account within 15 days.
